The Wild Wonderland of the Christmas Season in Northern Arizona

Saturday November, 24 2012, @  Bearizona, is a ‘kickoff’ for the wild wonderland holiday season in Williams, AZ

Come stay with us at Grand Canyon Bed & Breakfast the weekend after Thanksgiving and celebrate the start of the Season.

Bundle up & bring your family and friends for a fun-filled night to kick off the holiday season! Enjoy the decorations and lights of the beautifully decorated main street with the inspiration of Historic Route 66. Children can enjoy feeding the deer at the Grand Canyon deer farm or sliding down the snow covered hills of The Oak Hill Snow Play area.

Mr. and Mrs. Claus will be making a special appearance, so parents make sure you bring your camera so you can get some pictures!

Stroll through Fort Bearizona to see all of our critters & enjoy the lights & sounds of the season! Watch the babies of the animal world play and tumble in the snow and sliding on the ice in their first experience of winter.

Enjoy Christmas goodies, coffee & cocoa.

Mountain Village Holiday

After your visit to Bearizona, head on downtown to watch the annual Christmas tree lighting ceremony and Festival of  Lights parade in Williams, which starts @ 6:30. The light parade ends with Santa lighting the town square Christmas tree, singing, and plenty of holiday cheer.

There is also The Annual Holiday Craft Show on the 24th, which is held from 10am to 5pm @ Sultana Theatre. Find crafting in all forms from native american and south western jewelry, clothing, decorations, and furniture. Other beautiful creations include re-purposed antiques, outdoor furniture and lawn decorations, rugs, and blankets. Become lost in the best of the creative arts available in Northern Arizona.

When you return each night from your chilly adventures and heart-warming fun you can relax and find warmth in our main sitting room in front of a blazing gas fire or curl up in one of our queen or king sized beds under thick quilts while watching holiday favorites before drifting off to sleep.
